Associate Attorney – Consumer & Plaintiff Litigation (Hybrid | Los Angeles, CA)

The practice handles a diverse caseload including FDCPA, Lemon Law, Fair Credit Reporting, Truth in Lending, TCPA, and personal injury matters. What You’ll Do

• Manage cases from intake through resolution

• Develop case strategy and conduct legal research

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Appear in court and participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations

• Advise clients and represent them in litigation or administrative proceedings

• Collaborate with experienced litigators in a supportive, fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of litigation experience

• JD from an accredited law school

• Active California Bar admission

• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills

• Experience in consumer protection or personal injury preferred
