Human Resources Specialist (Staffing & Recruitment)

Role Description
AvantGarde is seeking experienced professionals to support a potential federal client. The selected candidate will provide human resources support in accordance with federal regulations, client policies, and EOUSA procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide advisory support to managers and leadership.
- Develop and maintain required HR documentation.
- Utilize USA Staffing and applicable federal HR systems.
- Review work products for quality and compliance.
- Respond to customer and applicant inquiries.
- Support recruitment and outreach efforts.
- Ensure compliance with OPM guidance and federal regulations.
- Participate in meetings and provide status updates.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Federal Government HR experience.
- Current Delegated Examining Certification preferred/required.
- Experience using USA Staffing and USA Hire.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a remote environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 4 Public Trust.
Work Schedule and Location
Remote. Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
