com. Job Summary Payscale is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who lives and breathes website performance. This is a hands-on role that owns how our marketing website attracts visitors, engages them once they arrive, and converts them into pipeline — through search strategy, performance monitoring, and AI-accelerated analysis. You will be the primary owner of top-of-funnel web performance — turning search, traffic, and engagement data into insights, prioritizing the highest-impact optimizations, and using AI tools to move faster than manual analysis allows. You're equally comfortable auditing technical SEO, diagnosing why a page underperforms for a specific traffic source or persona, and using AI to accelerate both. This is a growth-oriented web performance role for someone who wants to own outcomes across the full attract-engage-convert arc.
