Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake and psychosocial assessments to identify the needs and challenges faced by students and their families.

• Develop and present individualized treatment plans during collaborative sessions with the Clinical Directors and Treatment Team, while incorporating feedback for ongoing refinements.

• Actively participate in clinical case conferences to discuss patient progress, sharing insights that contribute to effective treatment strategies.

• Facilitate engaging and informative educational workshops focusing on chemical dependency, aimed at increasing awareness and understanding among students and their families.
\n
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions with a concentration on chemical dependency, ensuring a supportive environment for participants to explore their challenges.

• Provide therapeutic sessions for adolescents, families, and significant others, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to enhance family dynamics and communication.

• Offer case management services that encompass resource and referral coordination, ensuring clients access necessary support systems both within and outside the school environment.

This role primarily serves adolescents in a school setting, addressing a range of mental health and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is essential.
