Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing clinical interviews and standardized tools to gather information and identify patient needs.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and current best practices, addressing various mental health conditions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy during individual and group sessions.

Qualifications\n

• Valid Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic modalities and mental health disorders.

• Effective assessment skills, and a proven track record of developing successful treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly and empathetically with clients.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems for managing patient documentation efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
