• Lead and deliver complex E1 / Oracle EBS Financials programs by setting clear expectations, championing technical solutions, and ensuring alignment between business and IT stakeholders.
• Translate detailed business and technical requirements into actionable plans, tasks, and deliverables to drive successful project outcomes.
• Manage large scale, regulated IT and Functional implementations using strong project management, delivery, and ITIL practices.
• Partner with global, cross functional teams across manufacturing, procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and finance to ensure integrated end to end solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executives, managers, and business partners by clearly communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences.
• Drive customer satisfaction through strong service orientation, proactive issue resolution, and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Apply analytical and creative problem solving skills to navigate ambiguity, manage risks, and resolve complex technology and process challenges.
• Lead and influence teams within a matrixed, remote, and globally distributed environment, using strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Leverage Agile and DevOps practices to improve delivery efficiency, quality, and responsiveness.

On the technical side, the ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF), XML Publisher/BI Publisher Reporting, PL/SQL, Forms, and Workflow Customizations. They should also be proficient in interfaces and data conversions, as well as have experience with integration (inbound/outbound) with upstream and downstream systems.

From a functional perspective, expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) is essential.
