We are currently working with a market leader Electrical Contractor who focus in the mission critical space and are going through an exception growth phase About the Role The Superintendent is the senior on-site authority responsible for the field execution of complex commercial, industrial, and mission-critical electrical projects nationwide. You will lead field operations to ensure every project is delivered safely, on schedule, and in strict alignment with company quality standards. This role is designed for a high-impact leader with deep technical expertise and the mobility to manage high-stakes environments independent Responsibilities ties Professional Experi ence: 7+ years in commercial or industrial electrical construction, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or superintendent capa city.Technical Mas tery: Expert knowledge of the NEC, OSHA safety regulations, and industry-standard best pract ices.Document Profici ency: Proven ability to interpret and execute complex blueprints, one-line diagrams, and technical construction docum ents.Field Manage ment: Demonstrated success leading large crews and coordinating effectively with multiple trades on- site.Tech S avvy: Proficient with construction management software and reporting tools (e.g., Procore, PlanG rid).Mobi lity: Valid driver’s license and a commitment to extensive nationwide tr Qualifications ations Technical Interpre tation: Accurately translate blueprints, specifications, and complex electrical schematics into field exe cution.Logistics Coordi nation: Manage the seamless flow of inspections, material deliveries, equipment staging, and subcontractor sch edules.Schedule Ove rsight: Proactively monitor project milestones and resolve field challenges to prevent delays.Digital Documen tation: Maintain precise daily logs, field reports, and production tracking via integrated software pla #J-18808-Ljbffr
