Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health, utilizing evidence-based practices to determine their unique needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring a tailored approach that aligns with their goals and values.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in acute distress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Active LMFT licensure issued by the State Board of California is mandatory.
