Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional well-being, implementing the techniques of engagement, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to guide your practice.

• Provide individual therapy sessions for clients of varying ages, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to all compliance and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT role is focused on providing therapeutic support to a diverse client base, including youths navigating the challenges of adolescence, adults coping with life transitions, and couples working through relational issues. Your training will enable you to adeptly tailor interventions to each unique situation—helping to reduce stigma around mental health while fostering a deeper understanding of individual client needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Deaconess Healthcare Clinic offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
