Maintain records of expenses and income related to property renovation projects. Prepare and issue invoices to vendors, contractors, and clients. Track payments, receipts, and basic financial transactions. Assist in organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files. Record daily business transactions manually and/or in spreadsheets. Coordinate communication with contractors and service providers. Assist with basic administrative and office support tasks. Monitor project-related costs and help calculate overall expenses and profitability.
