Job Summary We are seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, product presentations, and sales activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, creating positive customer experiences, and contributing to successful in-person events. Responsibilities Assist with planning and executing promotional events. Welcome attendees and engage with customers and prospective customers. Present products and services in a friendly and professional manner. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information. Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown. Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies. Build positive relationships with customers and attendees. Support lead generation and customer follow-up activities. Communicate customer questions and feedback to team members. Assist coworkers with event-related activities and daily priorities. Represent the company professionally throughout each event. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public. Strong presentation and relationship-building skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous event, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
