THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven, results focused Territory Sales Representative to grow our on-premise business across the Las Vegas Valley. This is a hard sales role built for someone who lives by the numbers: placements, menu features, reorders and depletions.

You will own a book of on-premise accounts, open new doors, and work shoulder to shoulder with our distributor partner to turn opportunities into orders. If you come from the distributor side and want to put your relationships and sales discipline behind a local brand with real momentum, this is your seat.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

•    Own and grow a book of the best bars, restaurants, hotels, casinos and nightlife venues in Las Vegas

•    Open new accounts and win well, back bar and cocktail menu placements

•    Build account programs, trainings and activations that keep bottles moving

WHAT YOU BRING

•    3 or more years of spirits or beverage alcohol sales experience, distributor side preferred

•    A track record of beating goals, with the numbers to prove it

•    Strong relationships with Las Vegas on-premise decision makers

•    The energy to work when Vegas works: evenings, weekends and holidays

•    $85,000 to $95,000 base annual salary plus quarterly bonus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Account Growth

•    Drive depletions, new placements and reorders across an assigned book of on-premise accounts

•    Prospect and open new accounts across the Las Vegas Valley and Henderson, including bars, restaurants, hotels, casinos and nightlife venues

•    Secure well, back bar and cocktail menu placements and features

•    Hit or exceed quarterly KPI targets for placements, depletions, account visits and programming

•    Present Las Vegas Distillery products to operators, beverage directors, general managers and bar teams

Distributor Partnership

•    Partner daily with distributor sales representatives to generate demand and execute orders

•    Conduct ride withs and joint account calls with distributor reps

•    Keep distributor teams educated, motivated and focused on Las Vegas Distillery priorities

•    Follow through on order status, deliveries and account issues

Account Programming and Activation

•    Build and run account programming such as cocktail features, promotions, staff trainings and tastings

•    Support on premise events, bartender competitions and brand activations

•    Train bar and service staff on Las Vegas Distillery products, production and signature cocktails

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Required

•    3 or more years of wine, spirits or beverage alcohol sales experience, distributor side preferred

•    Proven track record of hitting sales goals and growing an account base

•    Established relationships in the Las Vegas on premise market

•    Experience using a CRM to manage accounts and log activity

•    Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills

•    Self motivated, organized and able to manage a large territory independently

•    Must be 21 years of age or older

•    Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable vehicle

•    Nevada TAM card, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

Preferred

•    Working knowledge of spirits production, categories and cocktail culture

•    Experience with bartender education and account programming

SCHEDULE

This role requires a very open and flexible schedule. Regular evening, weekend and holiday work is expected to support account visits, events, tastings and activations.
