ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Answer guest inquiries regarding marketed offers and communications applying discretion while adhering to property goals and policies when determining appropriate corrective action Maintain integrity and accuracy of various databases in order to increase efficiency and success of guest contact Manage treatment and affective administration of returned mail Prepare ongoing analysis reports focusing on the system or program integrity Manage a series of guest correspondence initiatives Provide support for market analysis initiatives Work in Island Passport, Hotel and/or Call Center as scheduled (must meet or exceed expectations for each position while in the role) KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Required Knowledge and Certification: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience 2-year degree in Business Administration or related field and 4-year previous Marketing or Promotions experience; or a combination of equivalent experience and/or education Preferred Knowledge and Certification: 1-year experience with media placement, market research or direct mail marketing Knowledge of continuity programs within casino operations Experience with database systems or other gaming-related computer systems Required Skills: Accurate and detail-oriented Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Required Abilities: Ability to work fast and efficiently Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner Ability to independently complete multiple tasks in a professional manner Ability to serve both internal and external customers Ability to manage direct mail expenses Ability to manage projects in a timely and efficient manner Ability to speak in a clear, concise and pleasant voice PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to walk and / or stand and sit for long periods throughout the day Must have a good sense of balance, and be able to bend and kneel Must be able to push, pull and grasp objects occasionally Must have the ability to independently lift up to 5 pounds infrequently Must be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions Must have good eye hand coordination WORKING ENVIRONMENT Work is performed primarily in administration building but may include going onto the gaming floor, which includes flashing lights, frequent loud noises and cigarette smoke Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including all shifts, weekends and holidays Occasionally must deal with angry or hostile individuals Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.For further information, please review the Know Your Rights notice from the Department of Labor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
