This full-time hybrid role includes a combination of in-person and WFH opportunities at our Charlotte, NC location to allow for flexibility, documentation, and family collaboration.
What you'll be doing:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
- Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
