About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Loan Operations to lead and manage the administrative functions and documentation preparation of complex bank loan security types and lifecycle events. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing portfolios of syndicated and bilateral deals, supporting client portfolios, and leading a team of portfolio managers to ensure operational excellence. Key duties include coordinating funding requirements, maintaining control environments, and ensuring compliance with credit agreements and software processes. The role also involves fostering effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders and supporting training initiatives for new hires. Applicants for the Vice President of Loan Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in asset management or portfolio monitoring, and at least 5 years' in people management. Proficiency in maintaining control environments, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented, team-oriented approach are essential. Experience with Sentry PM software is a distinct advantage. The role requires the ability to read and interpret credit agreements, support operational compliance, and a willingness to cross-train and support departmental functions. The ideal candidate will be adept at enhancing processes, driving team success, and ensuring operational efficiency in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
