Home Services Appointment Specialist — Vecther Home Solutions

As a Home Services Appointment Specialist, you’ll represent Vecther Home Solutions in residential communities, connecting with homeowners to learn about their current solar and home systems and identify opportunities for improvement.

Your role is to speak directly with homeowners, ask questions about their current system and any issues they may be experiencing, and schedule a professional consultation with one of our technicians or home improvement specialists. You do not need to be a technician—your job is to identify potential needs and connect the homeowner with the right professional.

What you’ll do:

• Visit residential properties and speak with homeowners about their solar/home systems
• Identify potential system issues, inefficiencies, or areas that may need improvement
• Educate homeowners on available home improvement solutions
• Schedule qualified appointments for our technicians and specialists
• Build trust and provide a professional, customer-first experience
• Maintain accurate appointment and customer information
• Represent Vecther Home Solutions professionally in the community
