Position Overview

We're on the lookout for an experienced and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to become an integral part of our image-driven team. You will leverage advanced ultrasound technology to conduct diagnostic assessments, partnering with dedicated clinical staff to deliver outstanding care and vital imaging for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a diverse range of ultrasound examinations, spanning abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during procedures, providing clear explanations filled with warmth and care
• Work closely with radiologists and other healthcare providers to ensure high-quality diagnostic images are achieved
• Manage and maintain imaging equipment, swiftly reporting any malfunctions
• Document procedures accurately and maintain patient records within the electronic medical system
• Stay abreast of advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and adhere to best practices

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Active certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
