Responsibilities include diagnosing and managing chronic and acute conditions, conducting preventive care, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans. Manage chronic diseases and acute illnesses with evidence-based practices. Coordinate care with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare providers. Perform routine check-ups, screenings, and preventive care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Educate patients on health management and disease prevention. Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or DO) and board certification in Internal Medicine. Active medical license in Michigan. Experience in a multidisciplinary or primary care setting is a plus. Atleast 1 year of experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
