Please note that benefit packages vary based on hours worked. Required Education And Experience High school diploma or equivalent. CNA certified is preferred. Preferred Education And Experience Two years of related experience. Essential Functions Assures adequate number of staff are scheduled at all times to meet the Guest’s needs as well as federal, state, and local regulations. Assures monthly and daily staffing records are completed on time. Secures coverage for vacancy shift, open positions, vacations and staff call‑offs. Maintains master schedule and log of all clinical staff schedule worked hours. Assists the payroll coordinator with accuracy and verification of all hours worked by nursing staff. Records employee attendance and communicates with DON and ADON when issues arise. Assists the Administrator and other department heads with the daily operations of the entire facility. May be assigned temporary or long term assignments in various departments.
