Coordinator Location: Aliso Viejo, CA 92656 Duration: 6+ months contract and possibility of extension and FTE Shift: 1st Shift Vertical Administrative & Professional Job Description

• Schedule and Set up interviews
• Manages Meet & Greet for candidates
• Booking and setting travel itineraries (hotels and flights)
• Professionally working closely with the candidates, being the main point of contact
• Creating great candidate experience and maintaining and following procedures.
• Possibly booking travel itineraries for interviews
• Assisting the TA team with other duties
• Report to the Director of Talent Acquisition

Requirements

• BS Degree (new grad)
• Go getter attitude
• Great culture fits
• willing to work for a 6-month contract for now
• Entry level role
• Detail Oriented and Organized
• Willing to take initiative and is a self-starter
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written
• Problem solving skills
• Has Interest in Learning HR

• Onsite in Aliso Viejo 5 days a week.
