Location: Spokane Valley, Washington, United States

Pay Rate: $21–$25/hr

Job Overview:

Aerotek is hiring a Carpenter Foreman for a hands-on leadership role on commercial construction projects. You will lead and assist a team of laborers and carpenters, ensure forms are built to specifications, and monitor panel pouring to make sure work is completed accurately according to blueprints, mainly on Tilt-up projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support crews on-site

• Build and verify construction forms as per specs

• Monitor and assist with panel pours

• Read and follow blueprints

• Perform hands-on carpentry work

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of commercial construction experience

• Blueprint reading skills

• Experience with hand, power, and measuring tools

• Team leadership ability

Preferred:

• Experience in carpentry, concrete, Tilt-ups, and cast-in-place

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
