Manufacturing HR Generalist: Safety & Employee Experience

You will partner with the HR Director to foster a supportive, engaged, and safe workplace and be highly visible on the production floor. You will support recruitment, employee relations, safety initiatives, and HRIS data management, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
