Role Overview

Apply your legal expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world legal analysis, research, drafting, and feedback. This remote contractor opportunity is designed for US-based legal professionals with top-tier law firm experience. No previous AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive analysis across a range of US law topics and provide nuanced guidance.
Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives with current, accurate information.
Draft, review, and edit legal materials, including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and related documents.
Evaluate legal content for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with legal best practices, providing structured feedback.
Identify errors, inconsistencies, and ambiguities as part of content quality assurance.
Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary contributors to address complex legal scenarios and refine deliverables.
Maintain exceptionally high standards of precision and attention to detail in all submissions.

Qualifications

Active license to practice law in the United States and strong academic credentials.
Current or prior experience at a top-tier US law firm, with exposure to varied practice areas.
Demonstrated legal analysis, legal research, and legal drafting abilities across multiple legal subjects.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including legal content review experience.
Proven ability to collaborate remotely and contribute to multidisciplinary projects.
Experience with quality assurance and rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is a plus.
Commitment to accuracy, precision, and legal best practices.

Work Terms

Remote independent contractor engagement.
US-based legal professionals only.

Compensation

$140 to $350 per hour.
