Bankruptcy Attorney for AI Model Training

• Analyze, review, and annotate bankruptcy-specific legal documents, providing expert commentary and corrective guidance.
• Draft sample motions, pleadings, and court filings that reflect common and complex bankruptcy scenarios.
• Evaluate hypothetical legal situations and produce well-reasoned written explanations and argumentation.
• Assess model-generated legal answers for accuracy, clarity, and conformity with current U.S. bankruptcy law.
• Contribute to the creation of educational materials and model training datasets relevant to bankruptcy practice.
• Participate in written and verbal communications to supply precise, high-quality input for training purposes.
• Identify nuances and emerging trends in bankruptcy law that can broaden and deepen the project content.

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school preferred.
• Active license to practice law in the United States is required.
• Minimum of 3 years and up to 15 years of recent, hands-on bankruptcy law experience.
• Proven independent contributor experience on bankruptcy matters, including filings, court appearances, and advisory work.
• Required skills: bankruptcy law expertise, legal document analysis, legal drafting of motions pleadings and filings, strong written communication, and strong verbal communication.
• Preferred but not required: judicial clerkship experience, particularly with a bankruptcy or federal judge; experience teaching law or developing instructional legal materials; editorial experience with a law review or legal journal.
