Molecular Biologist for AI Model Training

Apply your molecular biology expertise to produce, review, and validate high-quality real-world content and annotations that train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. In this remote contractor role you will analyze experimental data and literature, assess AI outputs for scientific accuracy, and help shape how AI models learn and reason about molecular biology. No prior AI experience is required, domain knowledge is the core requirement. Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze molecular biology data, experimental protocols, and scientific literature for relevance and accuracy
- Develop high-quality content, annotations, and explanations grounded in current molecular biology concepts, techniques, and findings
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific validity, clarity, and alignment with established molecular biology standards
- Provide detailed, actionable feedback on molecular biology topics to improve AI system understanding and performance
- Create or curate real-world scenarios, questions, and datasets that reflect key molecular biology challenges
- Collaborate with technical teams to refine project deliverables and ensure scientific rigor
- Contribute insights on emerging molecular biology trends and applications as needed
- Required skill: demonstrated expertise in molecular biology
- Preferred advanced degree, such as MS, PhD, or equivalent, in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a related life science field
- Experience with experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation of molecular biology results
- Familiarity with contemporary laboratory techniques, for example PCR, sequencing, CRISPR, and protein analysis
- Proven experience in scientific writing, publishing, or peer review in molecular biology or related disciplines
- Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and accurately for diverse audiences
- Experience working across interdisciplinary teams or contributing to multi-expert projects is an asset
- Curiosity about AI technologies and enthusiasm for shaping their application within the molecular biology domain
