Software Engineer for AI Model Training (Go, Python, TS)

Apply your software engineering expertise to help train next-generation AI systems by creating realistic code examples, reviewing technical materials, and producing clear written feedback. You will work remotely as an independent contractor on a customer-facing project that shapes how models learn, reason, and perform. No prior AI experience is required; domain knowledge and strong engineering skills are the priority. • Design and implement code solutions in Go, Python, and TypeScript to simulate real-world development scenarios for AI training.
• Review, analyze, and critique sample code and technical materials, providing detailed written feedback to improve AI understanding of software engineering concepts.
• Produce high-quality code samples, unit tests, and documentation to support multiple AI training use cases.
• Identify edge cases, recommend best practices, and surface common pitfalls in software design and development.
• Participate in discussions and collaborative reviews focused on communicating complex technical ideas clearly and effectively.
• Refine prompts and queries that will be used to evaluate and improve AI-generated code outputs.

• Expert-level proficiency in Go with substantial hands-on project experience, ideally as your primary language.
• Strong command of Python and TypeScript, able to write clean, idiomatic code in both languages.
• Prior experience reviewing or analyzing code for correctness, efficiency, and clarity.
• Familiarity with software architecture, design patterns, and modern development workflows.
• Exposure to code documentation best practices and collaborative software projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Interest in contributing to AI and machine learning advancements. Direct AI experience is a plus but not required.
