Role Overview
Apply your pharmacology expertise to evaluate, develop, and document high-quality training data that helps shape how next-generation AI systems learn and reason. This contractor role focuses on ensuring scientific accuracy, clinical relevance, and clear translation of pharmacology concepts for model training. No prior AI experience is required, domain knowledge is the priority.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate pharmacological content for accuracy, clarity, and real-world relevance.
- Develop and curate scenarios, case studies, and datasets covering pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, drug interactions, and therapeutic applications.
- Provide expert feedback on AI-generated pharmacology responses, ensuring scientific rigor and adherence to clinical standards.
- Translate complex pharmacology concepts into accessible information suitable for AI model training.
- Identify gaps or inaccuracies in existing materials and propose data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to refine guidelines and datasets in line with current pharmacological standards.
- Document methodologies and the rationale behind pharmacological decisions and recommendations within project deliverables.
- Contribute subject matter expertise to help train next-generation AI systems.
- Required: demonstrable expertise in pharmacology or closely related practice, including applied knowledge of drug therapy and safety.
- Preferred: advanced degree such as PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience authoring, reviewing, or teaching pharmacology content in academic, clinical, or industry settings.
- Familiarity with current global guidelines, regulatory standards, and best practices in drug therapy and safety.
- Strong analytical and critical evaluation skills, able to assess nuances in complex pharmacological data.
- Ability to communicate complex scientific ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Previous participation in digital, AI, or data annotation projects is an asset but not required.
