Job ID: LA26384 Position: Project Assistant (Level 3, Full Time, Fixed Term until 30 June 2027) with up to $96,043 gross per annum plus super and benefits. About the role Help support the future of integrity, quality and accountability at Legal Aid WA. The Project Assistant joins the newly established Integrity and Quality Assurance Unit and reports to the Senior Integrity & Risk Officer. Responsibilities include administrative, project and coordination support to initiatives that strengthen organisational integrity, enhance governance processes, improve service quality and support effective risk management. Tasks involve project activities, reporting, record‑keeping and continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities Coordinate project activities supporting integrity, quality assurance and governance initiatives. Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, documentation and record‑keeping. Assist in preparing reports and maintaining project data. Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen public trust and confidence in Legal Aid WA. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across the organisation. About you Highly organised and proactive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong administrative and information management capabilities, advanced Microsoft Office skills and keen attention to detail. Capacity to manage competing priorities, work independently, demonstrate initiative and meet deadlines with accuracy.
