Hawk Ridge Systems is continuing to expand throughout North America by growing our already amazing team of marketing professionals and adding a remote Partner Marketer to our talented team who will be responsible for driving co-marketing initiatives and strengthening relationships with external OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) partners (including HP, Markforged, Formlabs, Artec, Dassault Systèmes, and CamWorks). As part of the Demand Generation team, this Partner Marketer role collaborates closely with Field, Content, and Sales teams to align marketing efforts with on-the-ground insights. The Partner Marketer will ensure that marketing development funds (MDF) are properly allocated, oversee campaign execution, and ensure visibility into pipeline and lead generation efforts. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys partner marketing and project management and for someone who wants to grow into a larger role as they deepen their understanding of our external partner ecosystem.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS REMOTE PARTNER MARKETER ROLE?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Minimum 1 year of campaign management AND project management experience
• Familiarity with co-marketing programs (joint webinars, joint marketing, lead sharing, etc.)
• At least 2 years in partner, channel, or field marketing is preferred
• Quick learner who is detail-oriented with outstanding time management and project management skills (proficiency in Asana or similar tool is required)
• Super personable, with excellent relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills (empathetic, team player, problem solver with excellent conflict management skills)
• Organized, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple partner's marketing projects without missing a beat
• Possesses an excellent work ethic, a “whatever it takes” positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Must be autonomous, proactive and have a strategic, self-starter mentality, the confidence to own and drive initiatives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and the desire to grow into a strategic leadership role over time

Hawk Ridge Systems has determined that the new hire pay range for this role is between $60,000 and $75,000. Since we appreciate transparency, we are sharing that we expect to hire for this position around the middle of this range (dependent on experience/location), which will allow you the opportunity to progress as you grow in your career. Your base pay will be based on a number of factors, including knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
