• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
• Active teaching certification in Special Education

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Compassionate approach and patience when working with students of varying abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to students’ unique strengths and needs
• Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction as necessary
• Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and parents to ensure cohesive support for students
• Maintain accurate records and document student growth in compliance with educational standards
