Delinquency Resolution Specialist
United Fidelity Bank
United Fidelity Bank is seeking an Account Resolution Specialist to contact customers with delinquent accounts and overdraft balances, utilizing approved channels to resolve balances and establish payment options. You will negotiate repayment plans, send required notices, document all interactions, and ensure all collection activities comply with FDCPA and bank policies.
