Responsibilities The poker dealer operates and conducts live games in the poker room including but not limited to, Hold ‘Em, Omaha, and No Limit Poker. Follow game procedures for all Poker games Use all game equipment according to procedure Provide game security and protect company assets by facing games at all times and be able to recreate bets/situations when necessary Handle all monies accurately, i.e. bankrolls, payoffs, come and prop bets, making change, and cheque handling Position bets correctly Repeat bets in a clear, audible voice Verbalizes all aspects of game in a clear audible voice Shuffle cards in accordance to Hollywood Casino-Aurora standards Utilize proper card handling skills, i.e. shuffling, dealing from the hand, card placement Responsible to know all rules of the different Poker games offered when dealing Poker Perpetuate Hollywood Casino’s commitment towards quality guest service Requirements Must be 21 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English Ability to perform basic mathematical operations, including calculating discounts, interest, and commissions and apply to practical situations Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time #J-18808-Ljbffr
