Sell new equipment, parts and service to our established customers and new prospects. Lead team members including outside sales, inside/counter sales and service personnel in efforts to acquire and maintain customers while maximizing profits. Duties include but are not limited to hiring and training qualified store employees, maintaining and taking inventory, placing orders and helping team members handle customer questions and complaints.

We offer a competitive compensation plan including base salary, uncapped commissions, car allowance, company cell phone and the opportunity to achieve monthly performance based commissions. We will help you thrive as a sales manager by providing sales training, sales leads, and support literature.

Responsibilities:
Your job duties will include prospecting for new business and maintaining existing customer relationships. You will also be responsible for completing customer needs analysis, identifying pressure points for all accounts as well as doing proposals, product demonstrations and presentations. Help in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, disciplining subordinate staff. Create employee schedules, assigning schedules and responsibilities to employees, checking to see if these responsibilities and assignments are executed.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate for this job will have a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 4 or more years of business-to-business outside sales experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Fundamental understanding of sales skills and techniques
• Communication, relationship building, customer service, prioritization, account forecasting / planning, negotiating, consultative selling and superior organizational and time management skills
• Ability to perform without direct supervision
• Proficient computer skills (e.g., MS Office Excel, Outlook, etc.) a must
• Disciplined work habits.
