Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Requirements Law degree (J.D. / Juris Doctor) from an ABA-accredited law school. Active bar membership in good standing in the relevant state. Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus. Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
