Advice Supervisor

We have been awarded the Crisis & Resilience Fund for Somerset. This means we have some exciting new opportunities at Citizens Advice Somerset and are recruiting for advisers, caseworkers and supervisors to join various advice teams including the Adviceline Team and the Financial Resilience Team. We have several opportunities for experienced advice supervisors who will provide support to our dedicated teams (Adviceline, Community Advisers etc.) as well as helping with adviser training and on‑going development. The aim of this role is to ensure that every adviser delivers great advice, receives highly effective support and develops their knowledge, skills and confidence.
