What You'll Do
As a Dishwasher/Steward, you will:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dish area
- Support the culinary team with cleaning and stocking needs
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Help ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation
- No prior experience? No problem. We provide training to help you succeed.

Physical Requirements (Essential Job Functions)
This role is physically demanding. To be successful, you must be able to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Perform repetitive motions such as bending, stooping, and reaching
- Work in a hot, wet, and fast-paced kitchen environment
- Handle exposure to cleaning chemicals and commercial kitchen equipment safely
