Receptionist

We are looking for a Receptionist who can give the best customer experience as first point of contact. Requirements Primary Responsibilities First point of contact for customers, including greeting and welcome customers, setting the tone for a positive customer experience and direct customers to the appropriate team member(s) Coordinate front desk activities including answering and directing incoming phone calls timely Screens calls and takes messages Texts salespersons to inform of a waiting customer Maintains orderly sales area, waiting and breakrooms Orders brochures when supplies are low Checks mail and routes to General Manager Mails tags for Title Clerks Updates lists Assembles customer goody bags Maintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success every day Assist customers with any questions directed to the reception desk Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to limit the duties of the position to the examples contained herein. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail Strong customer service skills Ability to use telephone Ability to maintain effective and positive relationships with dealership personnel Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required Experience in an RV or auto dealership preferred Physical Requirements Office environment requiring prolonged sitting/standing and working on a computer.
