Work Environment\n

The position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your tasks from the comfort of your home. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a consistent schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Diagnose mental health disorders through comprehensive assessments, including evaluating emotional and behavioral symptoms to inform treatment strategies.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each client, ensuring that all interventions are evidence-based and appropriate.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions with patients, utilizing therapeutic techniques to facilitate discussion and reflection on their challenges and progress.

• Monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary based on ongoing evaluations of client progress and feedback.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, promoting a safe space for clients to share and learn from one another.

• Collaborate with other professionals and stakeholders to coordinate care and refer clients to external specialists when necessary.

You will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals, couples, and families grappling with various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans with a company match, and a new hire bonus.
