Prospect Engagement Director: Donor Growth & Strategy

Broughton Group is seeking a Director of Prospect Engagement in Los Angeles. In this role, you will spearhead our prospect research and development efforts to identify potential philanthropic contributors. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, preferably in higher education, and will lead the Prospect Development team in innovative fundraising strategies.
