Medical Receptionist

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join their growing team in Langhorne, PA.

The primary responsibility of this position is to act as a key liaison between various insurance providers and patients to ensure the seamless delivery of vital services. salary: $20 - $22 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Documentation: Prepare work orders and obtain necessary documentation required by insurance companies and healthcare plans.

• Verification: Verify patient benefits and secure pre-certifications for services.

• Insurance Coordination: Utilize knowledge of diverse insurance company policies and procedures to process claims and requests.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional, compassionate customer service to all patients.

• Workflow Management: Maintain a smooth flow of service, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

• Professionalism: Conduct yourself with high professional standards, including appropriate attire and communication.

• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.
