Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

CVS Health

CVS Health is hiring a Virtual Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to deliver evidence-based adult primary care remotely. The NP will collaborate with a dedicated care team to assess, diagnose, and manage conditions, while maintaining documentation in the electronic health record. The ideal candidate is licensed as an FNP in Western U.S. states and can work effectively within a remote care culture. Completion of a master's level Family Nurse Practitioner program and current Board Certification are #J-18808-Ljbffr
