Academic Program Coordinator - SupportThe Pennsylvania State University Department of Chemistry is seeking to fill an Academic Program Coordinator - Support in its Undergraduate Program Office. Duties include the following:Assist with student registrations (LionPATH);Provide course assistance, to include: assisting with exams, scheduling conflict exams and proctor assignments; submitting textbook orders; and collecting syllabi;Assist with course evaluations;Assist faculty with room reservations (CollegeNet/25Live);Make supply purchases (PSUbuy) for the department and reconcile p-cards (SAP Concur);Greet department visitors and students;Answer and direct phone calls and e-mailsThis position will serve as a back-up to other academic program staff in the Undergraduate Program Office. This position offers a flexible work arrangement that combines remote and on-campus work. Questions related to flexible work should be directed to the hiring manager during the interview process.
