About the Role
The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President, Principal and Presidential Advancement to spearhead and enhance fundraising activities for significant gifts, particularly those of $5 million and above. This senior leadership role is pivotal in overseeing principal gifts, planned giving, and foundation relations, with a strong focus on developing a top-tier principal gifts program. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the strategic and campaign goals of the institution, working closely with a large team of professionals across various functions to engage donors and foster philanthropic support that has a transformative impact on the community and society at large. Candidates for the Associate Vice President position at the company should be adept at leading and expanding fundraising efforts, with a proven track record in securing major gifts. The role requires a visionary leader who can not only manage current initiatives but also build and shape a team to meet future challenges. A deep understanding of the philanthropic landscape, particularly in the context of higher education, is essential.
