About the Role
The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President, Principal and Presidential Advancement to spearhead and enhance fundraising activities for significant gifts, particularly those of $5 million and above. This senior leadership role is pivotal in overseeing principal gifts, planned giving, and foundation relations, with a strong focus on developing a top-tier principal gifts program. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the strategic and campaign goals of the institution, working closely with a large team of professionals across various functions to engage donors and foster philanthropic support that has a transformative impact on the community.
