About the Role
The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for Specialty and Wellness Marketing. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and entrepreneurial marketer with a strong background in B2B and B2B2C marketing. This role is pivotal in driving growth across the specialty and wellness markets, with a focus on client-level and market-level marketing activation. The AVP will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance provider and location engagement, as well as to drive consumer applications, purchase volume, and retention. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary marketing contact for assigned clients and partners, aligning marketing strategies with business objectives, and leading the end-to-end execution of marketing programs. The role demands a high level of cross-functional collaboration, including close partnership with sales, client management, analytics, digital, lifecycle/CRM, product, and agency teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of 4 years in multi-channel marketing campaign development and execution, and a proven track record in B2B marketing. Experience in B2B2C marketing, particularly in the healthcare, wellness, or financial services sectors, is strongly preferred. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, the ability to influence without authority, and a willingness to travel as needed.
