Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Unified Talent Group is partnered with a growing organization in the Dayton OH area seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Coordinator to develop new business, grow existing customer accounts, and provide a high level of customer support.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional with experience managing customer relationships, building a qualified pipeline, and consistently achieving revenue and profitability goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop new customers, territories, and business opportunities through strategic prospecting and account planning
\n
• Manage and expand existing customer accounts while identifying additional revenue opportunities
\n
• Research declining or lost business and develop strategies to recover high-potential accounts
\n
• Create business plans that support customer acquisition, account growth, and sales objectives
\n
• Maintain an accurate and active opportunity pipeline within the company CRM
\n
• Track orders, backlog, and customer activity through CRM and ERP systems
\n
• Prepare accurate sales, order, and revenue forecasts
\n
• Develop quotes, manage application assessments, and improve quote conversion
\n
• Maximize profitability through effective pricing, quoting, and margin management
\n
• Communicate regularly with customers and document sales activity, meetings, and follow-up actions
\n
• Partner with Operations to support customer requirements, inventory planning, and order fulfillment
\n

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

\n
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service, business development or sales experience
\n
• Demonstrated success meeting sales goals and generating new business
\n
• Degree in Business, Marketing, a technical discipline, or a related field preferred
\n
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of sales profitability
\n
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and numerical skills
\n
• Strong customer relationship, organization, and problem-solving abilities
\n
• Proficiency with CRM, ERP, Microsoft Excel, and other business systems
\n
• Ability to interpret customer requirements and provide effective solutions
\n
• Creative, innovative, and comfortable identifying new approaches to business development
\n
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
\n
