Description

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service in our supply department to our phone and walk-in customers. This role is critical for managing relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering positive experiences. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, transactional environment, displaying a commitment to service excellence and effective problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service and Support: Provide high-quality customer service to house accounts and walk-in customers, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
• Handle customer service inquiries providing accurate information and solutions to problems.
• Sales Support and Transaction Processing: Assist customers with transactions, orders, and purchases, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
• Supporting the customer experience in partnership with the branch as needed.
• Capture potential quantity discount upsell opportunities during customer interactions.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Solicit and record customer feedback, sharing insights with the sales and product teams to improve services and offerings.
• Record Keeping and Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the Customer Relationship Management system. Prepare and manage documentation related to customer accounts and transactions.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Customer Relationship Management systems, Point of Sale systems, and Microsoft Office Suite a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
