100% satisfied. My experience with Hometown Plumbing could not have been any better. The staff (both the scheduler and the plumber) were extremely professional, helpful, and polite. My appointment was scheduled in a timely manner. I received a reminder call about 30 minutes before he arrived. The final cost was better than I expected. The work was done perfectly.
