The Chief Growth Officer will join the #1 global luxury brand with a solid infrastructure, 70+ talented and capable real estate advisors, an established footprint of offices, and the resources to grow the organization.

The ideal candidate is embedded in Wisconsin, has significant experience in the real estate space, and a track record as a builder and a transformative leader.

The compensation range is open and will include a competitive base, incentive structure, and benefits. The package could include long-term equity for the right person.
