Staff Accountant

Full job description. A Fortune 500 company seeks entry to mid-level Staff Account for full time opportunities. We are in need of professional and reliable individuals who can work both independently or as part of a team within a fast paced environment. Responsibilities Applying customer payments and maintain A/R aging Sending out A/R invoices on a monthly basis and follow up with payment Process incoming & outgoing wires Prepare reconciliation of daily wires Provide assistance to management with special projects as needed Post entries to Oracle Post journal entries Requirements Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college and 1-4 years of work experience (preferably within accounting) Efficient and detail-oriented Must be pro-active, self-starter and be able to multi-task Good communications skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel & Outlook Job Details Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule 8 hour shift Overtime Education Associate (Preferred) Experience Accounting: 2 years (Preferred) Accounts Payable: 2 years (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
